ABSOLUTELY FALSE. So the California Energy Commission (CEC) knows all about the PROVEN AOT as per the EVIDENCE below

Based on feedback from the first petroleum refining and oil & gas extraction survey and webinar—as well as previous analysis by the roadmap project team on SOA, market-ready technology innovations in these industry sectors—the following technologies have been identified as promising SOA technologies to reduce electric energy intensity and/or reduce costs.

Among the listed technologies, please select the top three technologies you feel offer the greatest potential to reduce electric energy intensity and/or reduce costs today. (Technologies that offer significant savings potential AND are market-ready today.)

Dear Investors and Friends of QS Energy,

I would like to let you know about a program I’ve been participating in and bring your attention to a brief survey that may be of interest to you. For the past several months, I’ve been working with the California Energy Commission (CEC) as part of the its Electric Program Investment Charge (EPIC) Program. This program funds clean energy technology projects which promote greater energy reliability, lower costs, and increased safety. In addition to providing ratepayer benefits, funded projects will target breakthrough-technologies designed to overcome barriers to the achievement of California’s statutory energy goals. The EPIC program is funded by the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) and provides funding/sponsorship to technology projects that meet strategic objectives and fall within the program areas of: Applied Research and Development, Technology Demonstration and Deployment, and Market Facilitation.

The current focus of the EPIC program is to research and develop a roadmap for advancing technologies in California's industrial, agricultural, and water sectors. QS Energy’s AOT is one of seven technologies currently under consideration as part of the program’s "Petroleum Refining, Oil and Gas" sector. The EPIC program is now reaching out to the public with a short 10-question survey regarding these technologies looking to identify which of these technologies have the greatest potential to make an impact.

I encourage you to take this brief survey available online at the link below. Including the AOT in your selection of the top-3 technologies may further our ability to provide an important and beneficial technology to the State of California and help the CEC meet its strategic objectives. This survey will be open through Monday, March 5th.
