Doubtful financing will not be announced. A better scam would be for it to be announced only to have it denied at a much later date to insure the maximum stock sales! IMO of course. That is how I would do it. It is very easy to get approved to only have it taken away later based on some insurmountable yet seemingly unreasonable need from the lender! Then it will be "But we did all that we could, sorry"
