Totally untrue. "Rnva is supposedly projected to make $60M+ a year..."

Define "make." If you mean a GAAP audited"profit," RNVA is unlikely to break even in the foreseeable future. They lose tons of money now and the potential new Jamestown Tenn acquisition loses about $2.5 million according to the American Hospital Association directory.

Both hospitals are in impoverished Appalachia so there's little chance of a turnaround. That's why the hospitals are available cheaply... almost for free. RNVA has virtually no experience in hospital management.
