Eh...they didn't pay the renewal fee IMO,just like they probably didn't pay the RA so they booked out too. None of this would be that bad if they just sold ticker but with a 10B shares this POS will get a RS. If that happens it will wipe out all shareholder value.


Pfffttttt...I tried to warn people almost two years ago to NOT vote yes to give this guy a majority ownership and DILUTE the hell out of this ticker. All I got was nothing but trash talked because with Chad gone and Smith in charge it was going to be a "real Company".

Yeah right............
