No the o/s is correct. there is no increase on the o/s share count. volume has been low in the pass 5 weeks due to no release of news or updates. Company is working hard to get the share price up. Company has paid off it secure senior debt added Technology based to its introduction since join up with Esousa Holding whom is know for helping companies like Net Element and Riot pivot to Block Chain. Esousa Holdings has extinguish LM Funding senior debts. IMO March is going to be very promise for the company and shareholders. ER and updates news is due for this month. Waiting to here the new technology base that the company has added.

Analysts are leaning towards a pivot to block chain technology that is being adding to the come for it's new technology base like Net Elements.
