For 30 years Baltia has been telling Kalitta about a so-called dream to take over the aviation industry with ONE plane and that EXACTLY what it is. It is just a dream.

Now Kalitta is how old now? 80? First we heard there is enough to get this thing off the ground. Then we hear of there is NOT enough money, there are big whales who has they check books ready to fund this thing. Then we hear the songbird deal was aborted because it was not good enough for Baltia. Then we hear the deal was too good for Baltia so much so that Baltia did not have enough money to close the deal. Now we hear about the very same Kalitta with whom Baltia canceled the deal to obtain the ONE plane Baltia needed to become a major catalyst in revolutionizing the aviation world.

But are not we just waiting for Tony to file the 8K to announce great news as soon as the CELEBRATORY vodka is done? Hey yo Dude I advise you to stop using the name of Kalitta. It does you nor Baltia NO good and Here isn’t why


PLAN A was getting certified using a 37 year old 747 aircraft WHICH believe it or not WAS even UNFIT for service according to Pakistan International Airlines (PIA). WITHOUT ENGINES and for HALF a million dollars Baltia Air Lines deemed that such crazy deal was in the best interest of the company.

PLAN B Baltia Air Lines was to use a SECOND Boeing 747 instead and that they plan to start flying during the second quarter of 2011.

PLAN C was replacing the 747 with a leased used up 767 from Kalitta. Oh boy do we know how this soap opera played for years BUT this process according to the company would have enabled them to FINALLY acquire certification by March 2018 AS it was told to us at the pumped up May 11 shareholders meeting AND at which time another alternative was introduced and that was the NDA of PLAN C.

PLAN D was acquiring Songbird's DORMANT certification AND this process was INTENDED to reduce the time to complete PLAN B by NOVEMBER 2017 AND AT WHICH TIME USGLobal Airways would have begun IMMEDIATE flight operations to the CARRIBEAN ISLANDS since SONGBIRD was already stationed in Miami, FL. Plan C was ushered to us as the shortcut the company should have taken years AND WHICH would have saved them millions. But DECEMBER is already here and now we are in PLAN D.



PLAN E is the most vague plan the company has ever formulated in 30 Years AND it is a survival PLAN THAT remains NEBULOUS AND UNFORMED even in Tony’s mind AND for this reason alone PLAN D has been served to us as an NDA PLAN, AND since due to the HIGH LEVEL of SENSITIVITY this AMORPHOUS plan carries with it for the best interest of the loyal investors the company had to sign a NON DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT with a “THIRD” Party. AND now so therefore IF in absolute reality PLAN D actually exists we
We have NO choice but to use evidence from the past AND present LINGUISTIC BEHAVIOR of the company to extrapolate about the future AND we must NOT expect the next self-imposed deadline to attempt to acquire certification to be anytime BEFORE JUNE 2018. Keep in mind that the November 30 letter to the shareholders confirmed that the FINANCIALS are STILL not done yet.

PLAN F is shuttling passengers from Stewart Airport to JFK in an open top double decker bus fully equipped with the latest state of the art CRAB SHACK mini-bar.
