I agree about looking at the total picture.

And disagree with pasting Will's personal bankruptcy and the information in it as the gospel then assailing his credibility on the other hand. You really can't have it both ways. SO the big picture is why is someone doing that. Trying to have it both ways.

SO to answer the question as to whether WIll is still an officer and S/H you say you don't believe the disclosure at all and that he could still be an officer. Which of course means that false update was just filed by the company with the NV SOS.

I don't think so myself. Can't see what benefit the company would gain by falsifying both filings to try to hide that if it was true.

I guess it makes for good fodder here to continue to tie him to this company even if there is not basis in fact to do so.
