Surely you have reviewed the OTC Disclosure forms listing of officers and major shareholders. Also, the recent filing with the NV SOS. Those filings. They don't list Will McCusker at all. Would he have to be listed if he was either a major shareholder or an officer? In fact the disclosure says all of his shares were cancelled. Can you agree that he's no longer a major shareholder or officer or are you saying Frank filed fraudulent filings?
