Thanks Marty. Those requirements are for the top tier of the NASDAQ. I am not suggesting in any way that CYDY could qualify for that.

I am suggesting that it appears that CYDY could qualify under the BOTTOM tier of NASDQ (Capital Markets) under either the equity standard or market value of listed securities standard.

Look at page 9 of the .pdf that is available at this link:

Again, anyone else please chime in if I've missed something, but the point is that there are 3 separate tiers for NASDAQ listing.

People keep citing requirements for the first two tiers as reasons why CYDY can't qualify for an uplist.

What we should be discussing is whether CYDY qualifies for the 3rd tier.

If stockholders' equity is negative as you say, then it appears CYDY doesn't qualify at all.
