Pretty much everything needs to be updated with the OTC because the company had this shell but didn't use it since 2007. All info will have to be updated from financials to thr transfer agent, share structure, officers, addresses, etc. As per CEO tweet to update and get rid of the CE status, I would think it will take the next month to accomplish.
