LA City Council supports proposed state marijuana bank

I think this is the news you're looking for.. Have to do Homework if you want to know brother :).. I think this is what is boosting the price.. IMO! It makes sense and this is what we are waiting for. Banking to be ok and for Blue Line to handle the cash now that it will be supported?
