There is no Order approving the Settlement in the Polk County case record, but on February 9 a hearing was scheduled for March 20 to address the motion to dismiss (and the proposed settlement?). Then on February 12, Pikeminnow's attorney filed a Notice of Voluntary Dismissal.

The disposition of the case is shown as "DISM BEF HRG OTHER", which I assume translates to Dismissed Before Hearing for Other reasons?

All very confusing. Peabody should clear this up.
