1. Great news today as more states pile onto the November ballots. Massachusetts recreational legalization 'Boom' in 3 months, followed by Canada recreational legalization 'Boom' in August, followed by 10-15 states adding some form of Marijuana ballot/law in November's elections. This essentially could be the most captivating year for marijuana businesses all across North America.

2. The SAFT (Simple Agreement for Future Tokens) is the precursor to an Initial Coin Offering. There have been three filings that show evidence of this, and the $945,000 raised for that cryptocurrency. As was stated in the conference call, they have been analyzing the implementation of the coin into their platform, as well as blockchain/smart-contracts keeping tabs on the strains of marijuana that dispensaries and their customers will use.

3. The macroeconomics indicate that the downward correction of the marijuana sector after the California 'Boom' is over. A new equilibrium has been reached.

4. MassRoots has raised about $5M via offerings since the California 'Boom' occurred. This adds market capitalization.

5. Warrant strike price for those offerings is $0.40, which means current shares are at a $0.13 discount.
