Had you taken the time read these instead of declaring it "Sounds like an infomercial" you would have found out that Mr. Bjorklund is our president and CEO and no, he does not have any criminal record.

Exactly, that is the one and only function in any OTC company. Sell shares and SMCE is at the top of the list of scams to do just that.
