They totally screwed up the timing of the offer. Should have announced CEO change 2 weeks ago, then the pricing, then the Redchip promos. Build some momo.

NOBODY will participate with PPS under .03. They can't expand without funds but people "would invest" if they knew they would expand (Chicken or egg scenario).

I'll participate if the PPS gets above .035 ish. Sell 30%-50% of my shares & use the cash to buy back more & get a free warrant. Kicking myself for not unloading some around .04!

To me, it's like they eff'ed the offer up so bad to prevent participation on purpose so "something else" could happen...
