CISCO is now the big pay day. It could be multiples higher than the SYMC / bluecoat settlement as FNJN is making an excellent case for willful infringement on CISCO's part.

Cisco (5:17-cv-00072-BLF) has a claim construction (“Markman”) hearing scheduled for June 15, also expect a CMC in August after the Courts decision on key claim terms
July 2018

The Markman hearing will provide a good opportunity to settle.
