details are unknown, awaiting to hear back from the company and have several messages sent out to board members through Linkedin.

-that said, share structure was just updated on OTCmarkets.com through TA as of 2/1/18; which doesn't seem like the action of defunct company.

-PLus, the website and social media pages still exist, and there are still >10 employees claiming N-Viro as employer on LinkedIn
