I believe if the current price stays under .03 cents throughout the month (under the rights offering price), and no one takes advantage of the rights offering because pps is under the rights offering then I think the offering will be terminated.

With that said I think the pps will shoot up on that news alone (after all it was the announcement of the rights offering that killed the stock price last year falling from its glorious .25 cents

Also, after this news I believe an announcement that if major big time investors are investing in Giggles and Hugs for national expansion then the stock will skyrocket.

I’ve seen it in the past with other companies, when one morning the stocks suddenly soar it’s because of official news that big name investors jumped in.
