I just talked to Schwab and they are charging me $80 to get the shares unrestricted. They say my restricted Fernhill shares are in a "Jumbo Certificate" and, in order to get them released, I have to pay $80 to get them released from that "Jumbo Certificate."

Doesn't say much for Schwab when all these other posters are saying their shares have been released and it hasn't cost them anything.
