Thanks for the response. I believe that explains how they have been running the company this way for almost two decades without a peep from the regulators. And if any action does come, imo, it would take a forensic accounting type audit to expose any possible illegality.

The SEC is betting the farm going after the crypto's and ico's now, is there any will there to go after a penny stock with questionable cashflow practices?
