How do annual draws help? If at the end of 2017 they made a year-end payment in December - wouldn't we be in exactly the same place as we are now?

Assuming the need for a draw just lasts one quarter - the need for one is reduced by 75%, but I don't see the need going away.





IMO. The problem of needing another draw goes away by changing quarterly sweep payments to annual sweep payments.
