Correct me if I'm wrong... Hitec and the Hotel company are two separate entities owned by a holding company from China. Shareholders in HTIC do not share in the profits of any other company held by the owners. Is not each is a standalone corporation? I appears to me that the big advantage to HTIC is that it has a very wealthy owner. Will HTIC shareholders have any shares of the holding company? I don't think so.
