I would hope anyone hiring a "sub" to deliver materials to that region from the U.S. would have the sense to realize that a certain lead-time on all orders must be adhered to rigidly. You can't always blame the delivery side when the ordering side doesn't have their chit together and places an order late. I think these players are smart enough to know what they are getting involved with when expecting deliveries from overseas into the busiest port in the region. Factoring-in delays should be status quo in the construction biz, especially long distance. IMO
