There is a link to the G/L page in multiple places. (Using the standard desktop platform, or whatever they call it)

You can "see" your "rights/units", but can't do anything with them without assistance.

I have been thru a similar process with units. Like I posted the other night, it is very easy if you CALL TDA. If the person you get tries to blow you off or says "I'm not sure", just TELL them to get the details & call you back. You can look for my previous post for more details...
