Understood ...but an acceptable way I see for this to go down would be a split ,share price immediately to .05 , announcement of merger complete -we are now Canoe , Franky steps aside , Li takes the helm , because hes sitting on piles of cash he doesnt dilute and or retires shares , infuses CANOEPOOL cash into CANOEPOOL.US , buys new or relocates xxxx mining units ,officially starts CanoePOOL.US membership drive asap , announces any revenues we have possibly earned during this quiet period AND we are now officially off to the races as CANOEPOOL.US free of all the past blunders etc ...
