If they get the approval the buy out premium will jump significantly. Right now could be taken out with low ball offer. Lot of weak hands, all the new buyers with low cost, disgruntled share holders, etc. 700 - 750 million I believe would be successful.

I don't buy food with "no preservatives" because I figure it's gone bad.
