I think this aspect of RXMD's business model (their healthcare support services between doctor, patient, and insurance co.) is really intriguing. It's the sort of thing a larger company might want to take advantage of, without going through the trial and error of building from the ground up.

To me, as much as their $20+ million pharmacy revenues, this unique system of support services will play a big part in the premium placed on RXMD shares, should they be acquired.
