1. Our opinions regarding the contract wording are immaterial, we are not trained lawyers.

2. What other side? A business that believes they are in the right wants a legally trained party (judges have clerks/researchers) to make a ruling; not the cashier at the Stop & Shop. A guilty party might want to characterize themselves as the victim of the big bad predator and play to the emotions of the unwitting.

3. Read the definitions in the promissory notes again.

4. L2/SBI believe the timing and amount of payments were late and short, respectively. IMO, that is what will win or lose the case. Everything else is secondary.

5. Other than cheering for the home team, it does not make sense to pick a side. We are not in possession of the data to know who is in the right regarding #4. Might as well call heads while the coin is in the air.
