I reached out to Investor Relations and received a quick response to my request for an update:

"We understand everyone is waiting for updates. We will provide updates as we have them, most of which will come once the Regulation A offering is qualified with the SEC since our land and building purchase will come from proceeds of the offering. We do not want to just put out updates on events/transactions we plan on doing or that have not happened yet. Our road map was to layout the goals and vision of the Company moving forward and what we plan to accomplish in the near term. We plan to release updates in the near term on what we have been working on behind the scenes, getting ready for the construction of our first facility; including developing and constructing the power distribution units (PDU's) for the miners, producing the network cable for the entire facility so it is ready to just be plugged in to the miners, as well as purchase and assemble the server racks, all of which will speed up construction and the build out tremendously as we just have to move all of this into the facility once it is built. We understand shareholders are very excited for the future as are we, and once we have the funding in place we will provide steady updates on our progress. The last thing I want to address is the funding and the correlation of the shares we are working to cancel. These are two very separate transactions, and the funding is not in any way contingent on the cancellation of these shares. We are working with several law firms to get these shares cancelled, but it is more complicated than just telling our Transfer Agent to cancel these shares. We have to obtain a court order to do this. It is definitely taking longer than expected, but we want to make sure it is done right the first time so we have no issues in the future.
