From what I read before they took the website down to update it with mine acquisition..ts a combination of both...actively mining is the smaller aspect..larger established part and vision and goal is to provide infrastructure to companies especially Chinese companies and those in other countries having trouble because of restrictions...personally I prefer them hosting and providing infrastructure /hardware aspect to actual mining..it keeps the sec away
