Yes it may go lower because fins still not out. However anyone smart enough to look into the reason knows there's a high chance they are coming soon. Price is holding pretty strong out of shear anticipation, I don't think it'll go under .13 unless someone with a lot of shares gets too nervous and sells everything in 1 or more big lots. Then that will present a really great opportunity, which I am crossing my fingers for. Hardly ever happens though it's very rare.
