Not understanding this comment, please explain?

Also, if all the people who have bought much cheaper than the price currently or if you're buying now... and if the PPS gets to say, even $1, is this also cheating?

Again, confused by cheating statement? This cheating as you say is whatever makes sense for the growth of the company and meeting requirements.
