Now that pumper Baby Z is gone, some real info

I communicated with IR regarding the delayed financials. Here's a synopsis:

The auditors have everything required from RBIZ/Verus, so they are waiting for the financials to be finalized. The late filing is partly due to switching from a U.S.-based to a Dubai-based CFO/accounting structure. Some of the delay is from the auditors themselves, who were coordinating teams in both locations. Obviously, this proved to be a longer process than anticipated. RBIZ/Verus will provide a full business update as soon as the financials are completed, which should be relatively shortly.

The same thing can be said for the spin-off of the Real Estate Division. The company provided additional information to the SEC and the paperwork would seem to be complete, but we are still waiting for approval.
