Your a real smart guy knowles but highly unlikely they will use tile. Why? Even if they used tile they would have to seal it with so many coats of epoxy to protect the grout that it it might not worth it and it will be more work later on if it starts going bad. More than likely they will just make sure it is very level, seal it and then paint it with epoxy. A regular sealed floor will be much easier to maintain and will sustain less damage than tile if something we to happen.

There are to many factors to go through to think that this thing will be done in a few months. If Burg said the foundation is done then even on a regular building with few frills on it will take a few months.

It takes a couple months just to build a Sonic Burger joint and there is nothing to them.

I am not really sure what the standards for Nigerea are but for any medical facility being built there are some pretty strict standards. It gets even worse if you do any public works projects for any state in the Union.

I am also convinced since we are talking about Nigeria that they are probably having to pay public officals off and probably protection money as well. Not sure why a facility like that would cost $8 million unless that is in Nigerian money. Why? because of the cheap labor in Nigeria. which I do not know what the conversion rate is.

Like I stated before I already believe this stock has a huge PPS considering they have no income and with the amount of shares they already have. Which with their claims should change on the next quarterly report.
