The photographs from the week of Feb. 19 appear to be a pipeline easement, not a road. The centerline stakes (labeled as buried pipeline) are clearly visible.

The Feb. 28 also appear to be pipeline easement - the permanent easement/ROW for a natural gas transmission line is 50-feet. The maximum width required for a construction haul road would be 20-feet. There is no reason to waste labor, fuel, and time to create a haul road wider than necessary.

Skid mounted equipment has to be sized to pass on Texas roads and highways, and can't be any wider than 10-feet. A 20-foot wide haul road would be twice what's required to move skid-mounted modules in.

Something is amiss in all this.

The Barko 930B in the video is commonly used in pipeline ROW clearing and maintenance - far less often road improvement.

This all reeks of MMEX scam.

Why would a company even as incompetent as MMEX spend money to create a haul road 3X wider than would ever be necessary?

Indeed

I’m keeping pics of the road development thus far from many boots on the ground.
