They were patents on several technologies on chemicals and electricity, change to clearview and G2, patents pending on respiratory technology, cleaning water processes. One had to do with avionics and intelligent flight. Several references to some device that sterilizes operating rooms. Intelligent Active Camouflage and a few other things that I dont recall. The camouflage thing is interesting because they use to have something on their older website that was about something called something on a camouflage they developed. I will look through my old papers on the company to see if I can find what it was called.

They also found some "white" papers ( I think they are scientific in nature) that UAT contributed on in the defense technology industry with one of the major laboratories. I believe out of NY. I dont recall the name but they said it was significant and that defense products were researched there.

There are a ton of trademarks that have been filed as well and they found cases where UAT had several cease and desists issued to companies using names on things they owned or trademark/name infringement. They were issued through courts and even overseas all around the same time they filed trademarks. I was told that it looked like the company found people using there stuff and then decided to file trademarks. They can do it because they have had the names out there for years before anyone else and they wold most likely have the documentation supporting when they first started using the name. One of the orders was to a company trying to use the Umbra name in a technology field that forgave a million dollar fine if they stopped and rebranded immediately with a note stating they had no affiliation to the Umbra family or UAT (my attorney said he has never seen that in all his career). That and the CEO has relationships with a lot of folks out of DC and government agencies.

My partner doesnt speak with him often but did speak with him over the weekend after I did. My partner has several patents himself in the agricultural industry and is one of the smartest guys I know. He went to some pretty darn good schools and knows everyone in the business and many in the government. Hes the one that originally checked out Mr. Umbra and found out his ties to government and mutually known politicians. During the course of their conversation they apparently realized they both knew the program manager or director (sounded like hes a big wig) over at DARPA. My partner called me and told me they are working on some pretty serious stuff and that he has a meeting with Mr. Umbra in 2 weeks to go over something related to his field of expertise. He wouldnt give me anymore specifics but I am assuming its something with agriculture science. Not sure what they have that fits into that and I could be way off for all I know.
