I am just a very frustrated investor looking for some answers.
I still would like to ask Otto questions regarding his letter from the McGrow update. Does anyone have his contact info?

You mentioned that you were asked to commit perjury – is that why you think Otto just resigned?

You said only $9-10 million of the $20m raised to build the greenhouses has been used? Won't The P&L or Income/Expense statements show this? Has Mckowen been questioned about this from other investors?
