No? Just a coincidence that thousands of shares traded on the 5th at 2.70. Unless I’m just missing something it’s nearly comical that the CEO would pay 1,000 times market prices. Form 4 is reported by the company. Likely a typo and just another reason to question them.

I’m certainly not short but beyond pumpers just not seeing any great reasons to buy at current valuation.
