I believe the board of directors appts. the PRES / CEO - that would be Li at that point if the reverse merger happens here ,,,the smaller private co. takes control of the public co. and instills their leadership ...

Then the first order of biz will be to wrangle in the share structure - so you can bet your axx there will be an immediate reverse split at probably 1:100 to 1:1000..... so that puts us at a nickel to 50 cents post merger ...... then skyward "SUPPOSEDLY" ...keep thinking like recent skyrocketing cryptos like CRCW , LFIN , RIOT - we could go to tens of dollars easily if this is all true - none of them were connected to the likes of a CANOE or Canoes rumored affiliation with BITMAIN .
