I felt similarly until I learned that SGMD's financials are completely out of their hands, 100% in the hands of BF Borgers auditing company. Audit processes can be very complicated, it's a process and cannot be done by a specific date. As you can see from an email reply from the auditor to josbor8, even they auditor said "hopefully soon" and they are working hard on it.
