Just started doing DD here but it seems like the news today wasn't just about the permit but the agreement in place to cultivate 8 acres of land to increase to 41 total. It's a significant increase on the previous 4 acre facility they had before.

But everyone is only talking about the permit, isn't this really two pieces of news in one? Am I missing anything?
