Your case is clear, but let me guess - the company did not have income.
Case IPCI is totally different, because it has sales and income. Do you understand this?
Bankruptcy is the most common way for short to gain, but expecting this to be the solution here would be dangerous (to the short).
Bankruptcy needs two things to happen. First is more expenses than income and second is no solution to resolve this imbalance. I don't see this happening with IPCI as long as the expenses are in their own hands.
