Seems my CRCS kicked in last night.
Cant Read Correctly Sometimes
I read wrong and posted Perfect Circle owned Plutus...not so.... A few Board member corrected me on that...
Looks that they are partners and they will form a subsidiary that Perfect Circle will own. So the actual details of that entity are not know yet.

So, hopefully this partnership will be profitable for ADTM/Perfect Circle
