So why delay website and white paper for 1 Cinema company when many more are anticipated?

I knew going into this that current leadership was questionable...however I thought that the 3rd parties would keep semi legit. Right now the delay makes little sense and worrisome that this is just a guy with a twitter account and an under construction website.

Last month things are ahead of schedule with concrete date...this week twitter activity says info will be release when not expected....now a delay with no timeframe...sure didn't expect that.
