I do feel that we are owed a reason why the audit is being delayed

They made a statement about the audit being close to finished

This clearly was a factor in the stock to trade millions and millions of dollars

I was at one time a big part of a penny stock company that was trying to go threw the audit process
It was very expensive .... there was a process of verification of AR and AP that had to be verified

The numbers are what they are
A matter of putting them together and knowing they are true

Does anyone know how many years they are going back

Why can’t they post the years they have completed ?

My guess is someone in the company reads this message board
