That was in response to another post. I’m sure he didn’t pay that amount. Would make no sense....in terms of raising capital though is a 5 percent ATM even that favorable is my point? Im sure there is no investor support for any type of follow on offering. 5 percent isn’t exactly low for industry standard. Plus ATM are going to have a bigger weight on the share price obviously. That’s not to say long term it isn’t the best path but you also don’t want to be selling your equity at these levels if it is worth 5 X in another year or two. End of day imo atm is more of a last resort which isn’t always a positive sign. Would rather see mid term notes at an acceptable rate and keep the equity, especially at these levels....stock at $4 would be different story
