How is an ATM agreement even good news? Honestly how difficult is it for the company to find a broker to pay a 5 percent commission to for selling their shares? Sure it’s a means to raise capital but any company can further dilute itself given they have available treasury shares to do so.

Hard to believe the CEO would pay $2,700.00 for 1,000 shares. Beyond the fact that the stock has never traded anywhere near those levels how was the trade not reported on the tape anywhere?

Want to believe in the company with few legit crypto companies out there but certainly have to question management when you are raising capital to fund multiple different businesses. Such a small company with a going concern risk probably should first focus on what they are best at and then branch into other areas if that is the long term plan.
