Feel pretty good about this stock and even better since the issue of payment has been resolved. The PR stated that the first installment was paid - which led myself and many others to believe there were other installments.

Debt is paid, the store is churning out huge revenues and looks quite poised at this point for growth and expansion. As John stated, this should be valued much higher - probably between .40 and .50 just from all these factors alone.
