Right............. pump the poop outta this scam... that isn't worth diddly squat.... the gold claims have zero value. in fact, we've yet to see evidence that the company actually purchased the claims. Doesn't muuch matter. They lack the ability to develop any of the claims, as they have ZERO mining knowledge or experience.

The real estate? I dunno or much care.... of course, the unaudited scribblings they put up are totally unverifiable.

Yes, those claims exist. But they have little or no value, and this laughable company has ZERO chance of even taking the first step toward doing any work on said claims.... which are not mines anymore, technically.

Those so called financials in which they claimed a $500 million value, are laughable scribblings, and fraudulent.

As well, there appear to be only four active Cali gold mines. See https://active-mines.findthedata.com/d/d/California

As far as the other reply to the previous post I made goes, what a hoot. I simply stated that there is no shorting in this security, which is a fact.

A so-called research report that starts out with some garbage from the Fl Sec of State stating that they exist for real, followed by an astounding statement attributed to no one that the stock price for eFUEL has been valued at between 20 and 30c/share, and with the entire Stefanovic family (dad, mom, daughter, aunt, dog, distant uncle) as officers of this company operating out of a hole in Wildwood, Fl (the most red neck and least valuable spot in all of Fl)...sham written all over...500 million of gold hidden on 100 acres in California...they could not have written a more scammy script....

Short term - good trade...long term - nice chance to hold the brown bags and visit Uncle Stevanovic in the Wildwood, Fl jail cell...too obvious of a scam...

Everyone including the nearly illiterate Russian family behind this laugher of a company needs to learn how a gold company is valued. Whether an issuer is a SEC filer or not, they can not put a dollar value on their mineral resource, even if a full feasibility study has been done and a production decision made. In this case, this company has no resource, let alone proven reserves. They do have some claims perhaps, according to them, but I've not seen any proof of actual ownership. These claims have not been mined for 100 years or more, and, at the time, most of them were small operations. As zero exploration has been done since, it would take an amazing amount of work and money to get even one of these old mines to an advanced exploration stage, let alone into production.

As well, there is no commercial mining anywhere in the Siskyous, and only four active mines in all of California. None of this company's claims will ever be added to that list.

Sorry. Their gold claims can't be valued at more than a few bucks above ZERO. They apparently have no clue how SEC Industry Guide 7 works.

I'm not impressed with anything about this Russian family operation, including their RE division. They have no clue about how to go about operating a start-up gold operation. Of course, there has been no exploration or mining at those claims for about 100 years.

This company will go nowhere, imo.

Prove what? This company has not made the first step toward establishing proven reserves, let alone a resource. That would takes years and $millions. They are not miners, and there has been no exploration or mining in or around their claims for close to 100 years. There are but four producing gold mines in California and none in that area.

Even following SEC Industry Guide 7, and upon completing a full feasibility study, there still can be no underground value attributed to the reserves...

by the way, did you know that the CEO Ljubica's hubby, the CFO Slavojubic, attempted to torch what is now their last remaining verifiable asset, way back in 2008. He was convicted, and luckily avoided prison time. He's still an ex-convict. Both are barely literate. Read some older OTC submissions. They may have taken some classes or hired a copy writer/proof reader recently....
