There is nothing like 900 million warrants. Where on earth did you get that? I believe it’s something like 12 million. Its 17.5% of the equity of the new co. The warrants are useless. Any deal should be focused around the equity that was fraudulently written down. You can’t give hedge funds a gold mine paid for by shareholders and then throw them some warrants as if it’s a good deal. If there is any fraud committed which there has been, then the whole b/k should be reversed. We should get our shares back. Dilute the company by 126m and then attribute a value to it based on gold and silver in the ground plus the 390m long- lived assets. That’s my opinion
